分体空调如何实现批量管理

不能进行统一管理，空调浪费严重：员工离开房间，却忘记关闭空调的事情经常发生，造成了很大的能源浪费。

冬季设置空调温度过高：冬天时，很多空调房间在24℃以上，员工穿着衬衫吹热空调的情况并不罕见。满足基本的制暖需求后，过高的温度会增加电费的支出。

夏季空调温度过低：由于办公区域人数通常较多，且每个人对温度的要求不一样，很多人都会把空调开得冰冷，又披着衣服保暖的现象。过低的空调温度白白的增加电费支出，还会由于室内外温差过大引起员工身体热感冒。

为解决以上问题，可以通过建设分体空调集中管控系统，该系统开关空调、调节温度、调节风速、调节模式等功能

对分体空调可进行以下节能管理：

集中管理：通过集中监控平台,用户可以对多个房间的分体空调进行集中监测和管理，可以远程调控所有分体空调室内风机档位、温度、空调模式等，也可实现对空调的智能节能控制，如调节风速、调节模式、开关空调、调节室温。

时段管理：启用该项功能后，设置每台空调的允许使用时段，如办公室空调使用时间（8:00-12:00）以及(14:00-18:00)，时间段内空调处于允许使用状态，时间段外空调自动进入加班状态，由加班人员通过遥控器就地控制。

温度限制管理：启用该项功能后，设置制冷和采暖时对应房间（空调）的温度下限和上限，将室温设置在一个舒适、合理的范围内，有效的解决了国务院提出的公共建筑内26℃空调技术控制难题，做到合理地控制室内空调温度，舒适性和节能效果均十分明显。
