分体空调控制器--怎样防止智能IC卡掉磁？
由于智能IC卡系统卫生、快捷、管理方便，成为各类饭堂、餐厅必备配置。传统的饭票菜票已经渐渐地消失。

但是，在使用中，经常发现智能IC卡突然无法使用，刷不上卡了，也就是大家经常说的掉磁。

为什么掉磁呢？这是很多用户的共同疑问。

掉磁是一种传统的说法，以前主要是指银行卡突然失去磁性，无法在ATM机等地方使用了。银行卡一般都是磁卡，所以我们叫掉磁，掉磁这种说法沿用到智能IC卡上，指的是智能IC卡突然之间无法使用了。

那么，智能IC卡为什么突然就不能用了呢，怎么防止掉磁呢？

我们先来看看智能IC卡的构造，智能IC卡是由芯片，线圈，和pvc外壳及有胶膜组成；如果保证芯片和线圈不受损坏，基本上就可以保护智能IC卡正常使用。

智能IC卡的工作原理：当智能IC卡靠近刷卡机的感应区，线圈和感应区的磁场产生切割磁力线运动，线圈产生电流，当电流达到一定程度所产生的电压激活了智能IC卡的芯片，这样芯片和刷卡机之间通过感应区的磁场进行信息的传递。

由此可知，要保护智能IC卡，就要注意一下几个方面：

1、不要弯折智能IC卡，也不要在智能IC卡上打孔，可能会导致芯片或者线圈损坏。

2、不要靠近高温环境。智能IC卡的外壳是PVC材料，高温会使PVC变形甚至燃烧，直接导致芯片或者线圈损坏。

3、不要靠近磁场环境，例如手机、收音机、电机等产生磁场的地方。有些朋友会说了，我的智能IC卡放到手机旁边也没问题呀。我们要注意，你将智能IC卡放到磁场环境不会必然导致智能IC卡损坏，而是可能会损坏。因为如我们上面所说，电压会激活芯片工作，如果电压过高也可能会击穿芯片，这个过程只是一瞬间。

4、不要将智能IC卡长期置于潮湿环境。虽然智能IC卡是国标质量，放置于水中也没问题，但毕竟智能IC卡是由多层PVC材料压合而成，长期置于潮湿或者水里，会导致智能IC卡脫膜。

5、保护智能IC卡的比较好的方法是将智能IC卡装在一个较硬的卡套内。
